Introduction

I'm Olawale.

I started in enterprise technology — Salesforce, business analysis, solution design — and spent years translating messy business problems into systems that people actually use.

That work taught me something I could not unlearn: most problems are not technical. They are problems of process, incentives and execution. So I moved from implementing other people's ideas to building companies of my own across logistics, event technology and software.

Today I build products, lead teams, make uncomfortable decisions, and write about what I'm learning while it's still fresh.
